The room was quite spacious. the bed was comfortable also. a receptionist upgraded us to a larger room. It was a real treat after a long journey.
the shower was useless. i felt the room was expensive as a result. being on the ground floor meant it was noisy, too.

The location was convenient. A very regular bus route made city access easy. The room was clean and warm. The staff were helpful .
The wifi signal wasn't strong. I had some difficulty connecting initially, but I managed to get online eventually.

The building had vending machines. The machines provided a good option for snacks. There was secure parking for motorcycles, a SIGNIFICANT plus.

Comfortable stay near Queen's University

I had a very spacious room and ensuite. The staff gave good recommendations on nearby places to eat (i visited one of them and it was great). The location is perfect. The hotel is within walking distance to pubs and the University.
The car park is tight, and it could be difficult to manoeuvre in and out of it.

My room had a large ensuite bathroom. The room contained tea, which i thought was a very nice touch. The room was also very clean and included comfortable accommodation.

Breakfast offered an all-you-can-eat style. There were loads of breakfast choice available (especially the pancakes!). If booked in advance, breakfast was a reasonable price.

The hotel's location is on a quiet road. The building has a red brick manor house look. I loved it. The hotel also keeps with a modern interior.

The check-in process was very easy, and it made my arrival smooth. I really loved the beautiful decoration, it added a special touch to my stay! The location was a great surprise too as i found it minutes from queens university. i found everything about my stay exceeded my expectations!
